By downloading, installing, or using the CarWatson mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KNetwork Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the CarWatson App.

2. Description of Service

CarWatson is a car maintenance and expense tracking application that provides the following features:

• Vehicle information management and tracking
• Fuel consumption and cost tracking
• Service and maintenance record keeping
• Expense analysis and reporting
• Data export functionality

The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your car information, fuel records, service history, or any other data you provide.

3.2 Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your data to external servers. You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining the security of your device.

3.3 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the App. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the data you input or the App's calculations.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to track your own vehicle information and expenses.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or harmful data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

The CarWatson App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by KNetwork Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit the App or its content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
